Oak Pointe Medical was the first to introduce the Mangar ELK to the U.S. in 2003. The ELK is an emergency lifting cushion to lift a fallen person from the floor. Designed to be used with the help of a caregiver, the Elk lifts simply and safely minimizing risk of injury. Suitable for use in bariatric care. Operated by a portable, battery powered, 5 PSI Ait-Flo compressor.
